However, if you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know.

 

RETURNS

Please note that all pieces are made-to-order, and are therefore made specifically for you. Each item takes time and resources to make, which is why it is important to consider your purchase carefully before you go ahead with the order.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of shipment. All items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. After we receive the items in the above mentioned condition, the total amount will be refunded to the same account used in the transaction.

Please be aware that we do not stand for the cost of delivery - meaning, the cost used for delivering the order, nor the cost of returning/shipping it back. Returns are to be delivered to the showroom’s address. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered are not to be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges, within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange your item(s) to a different size or style please get in touch with us via email hello@emma-sofie.com so we can further facilitate the process. Please note, due to all items being made-to-order, the exchange process will take a further 1-3 weeks, depending on the item(s).

If you wish to return an item, please send us a message with your name, order number and if you require a return or exchange. Kindly read our FAQs for terms.

You can also enquire about availability, sizing and/or fabric from our recent show, remember to include the look number you wish to enquire about.

Please note - we do not take custom orders, but we can make certain pieces from the show if requested.
