Every piece is made in my studio in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Every made-to-order piece takes between 2-4 weeks to make and ship and is made especially for you.

We really hope that you love your Emma Sofie items. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know.

RETURNS

Please note that made-to-order items are made specifically for you, and take time and resources to make, so it is important to consider your purchase carefully before you go ahead with the order. You can return the items within 14 days of receiving them. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. The items must also still have the hang tag on otherwise the items cannot be returned. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund the total amount of the items bought, paid to the credit card used in the transaction. Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipping amount you paid for the delivery, nor the cost of sending it back. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please get in touch via email (emmasofie@gmail.com) to organise the return.

EXCHANGES

You may also exchange your item within 14 days of receiving them. If your item was made-to-order, and you wish to exchange it for a different size or style, this process will take a further 1-3 weeks depending on the item. Please get in touch with us via email (emmasofie@gmail.com) so we can facilitate the exchange.
